This Shipping Policy applies to retail orders placed through yakandpaws.com. Wholesale and private-label orders are subject to separate terms.

Order Processing

We process and ship orders within 2 business days after receiving the order.

Business days do not include weekends or U.S. holidays. Processing time is the time needed to prepare and ship your order and does not include delivery time.

Free Shipping

Yak & Paws offers free shipping with no minimum purchase to addresses within the contiguous United States (CONUS), including the 48 contiguous states and Washington, D.C.

Alaska and Hawaii: [SHIPPING TERMS TO BE ADDED]

We also ship to PO Boxes.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided with your order.

Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, email sales@yakandpaws.com as soon as possible.

A cancellation can be accepted only if we receive your request before the order has shipped. If the order is successfully cancelled before shipment, you will receive a full refund.

Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

International Retail Orders

We currently do not accept international retail orders through yakandpaws.com.
